Environmentally Compliant and Worker-Friendly Strippers
PR-2002
A formic
acid-activated benzyl alcohol stripper which is extremely effective
on many types of commercial paint systems. Douglas approval for fuel
resistant primers and meets AMS 1376A, MIL-R-81903, DPM 5619.
PR-3133
- An alkaline-activated benzyl alcohol stripper which is extremely
effective on many types of military paint systems, include Koroflex,
Polysufide and Epoxy resin. Meets Federal/Military Spec TT-R-2918,
Type I AND Type II; USAF Tech Order 1-1-8; Approved by Lockheed and
Grumman; AMS 1375B.
PR-5044
Our next generation of our patented peroxide stripper. Effectively
and quickly removes many types of commercial coatings. The first and
only peroxide to completely meet Boeing and Douglas process specs
INCLUDING magnesium. Excellent performance on intermediate coats
and new generation fluorinated topcoats.
PR-5020
Non DOT regulated peroxide stripper for customers seeking the
highest degree of worker friendliness. Low odor eliminates worker
complaints while maintaining efficient coating removal. Meets
TT-R-2918, D6-17487, AMS 1375B.
PR-3500
Extremely fast acting stripper which blisters and removes most
coating systems in minutes. Contains the action-enhancing properties
of Phenol and the corrosion inhibiting properties of Chromate. Meets
MIL-R-81294D; AMS 1375; USAF Tech Order 1-1-8; D6-17487; CSD #1;
China Aviation; ARP 1755.
PR-3451
Ammonia-activated alkaline stripper with high solvency Same great
features as PR-3500. Excellent performance on lacquers and enamels.
Shows exceptional rinsibility for a methylene chloride stripper.
Meets MIL-R-81294 Type II.
PR-3700
The most environmentally friendly material in the methylene
chloride family. Same features as PR-3451 but does not contain
Chromates nor Phenol. Meets AMS-1375.
AC-5
Fast acting,
economical aluminum brightener and surface prep which contains a
blend of several acids for high performance. Best choice for
routine, experienced operators. Airbus, Douglas, Boeing, AMS
approvals.
AC-6
A exceptional cleaner and brightener in one package. Contains
higher solvency levels than typical brighteners thus assuring a
clean, bright finish on tough surfaces such as aircraft bellies.
Douglas, Boeing and AMS 1376 approval.
AC-12
A slower etch-rate brightener that assures a wide margin of
safety for operators doing infrequent brightenings or for
applications requiring a modest improvement in surface preparation.
Douglas, Chinese Aviation Authority approval. Meets Mil-C-38374.

Dorado Kote 1
A fast-acting powder used as a surface treatment prior to painting
which helps prevent corrosion on Aircraft aluminum and gives the
aluminum surface more adhesion (bare aluminum does not adhere well
to paint.). Its unique properties help to stop moisture from causing
corrosion after breaching deep scratches of paint and coatings.
Conforms to the performance standards of Mil-C-5541.
Dorado Kote 4
- A liquid version of DK-1, supplied for customers who wish to
reduce the time spent diluting the powder into water prior to use.
Dorado Kote 7
Non-chromated conversion coating for customers seeking to avoid
chromates in their process specifications. Significant adhesion
improvement over simple mechanical activation of the bare aluminum.
Astromat Orange
DF A
highly effective, dilutable exterior cleaner designed to remove all
types of soils prior to stripping including heavy grease, carbon,
hydraulic fluids, and dirt. Stripping a plane that has been
pre-cleaned increases the effectiveness of the paint and coating
removers. Concentrated product priced as if Ready-To-Use. Boeing,
Douglas and AMS approval.
ES-105 Wipe
Solvent
An excellent wipe-on/wipe-off spot cleaner used to help prepare
the aircraft surface prior to conversion coating or painting.
Tremendously effective in removing spot paint and paint remover
residue, especially after hand brushing. May also be used to clean
paint residues from lines, pots and guns. Shows similar performance
to MPK while maintaining a high flash point for added safety.
Neutrakleen
An excellent product used to rinse the paint residue and
paint-remover residue from aircraft surfaces post stripping. Highly
effective and economical. Leaves the surface of the aircraft
contaminant and oil free. Optimized for neutralizing acidic residues
after use of a material such as Eldorado PR-2002.
Neutrakleen II
Same great features as Neutrakleen, but contains material designed
to eliminate residual peroxide in spent stripper (instead of
acids).
ED-500
- Excellent butyl cellosolve, dilutable, exterior cleaner for
aircrafts with a wide range of cleaning situations. May be diluted
from 1:2 for really tough wheel wells to 1:20 for routine crown
cleaning. Boeing, Douglas and General Dynamics approvals.
